An Interview with Prof. Lan Xingying

Prof. Lan Xingying, a researcher and professor at China University of Petroleum-Beijing (CUPB). Prof. Lan Xingying currently serves as the Director of the College of Carbon Neutrality Future Technology at CUPB. Her academic contributions include heavy oil processing, multi-phase reaction engineering, reactor design and optimization, and industrial data analysis. Prof. Lan Xingying has made significant contributions in developing comprehensive analytical method based on advanced experiments and numerical modeling in order to understand the complex transport phenomena and chemical reaction for multiphase system. She further applied this method to guide the application of process intensification in gas-solid and gas-liquid system.
